DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In Accordance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements and
Section 122(3) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, shareholders are
advised of the following.

THS Kingsway Fund has notified the Company that it has acquired
500 000 shares of the Company. Accordingly, their beneficial
interest in the Company following the acquisition equates to 5.39%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
