NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 129(4) (b) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 71
OF 2008

1. On 6 August 2014, the board of Ububele, resolved that the
  Company voluntarily begin business rescue proceedings and
  that the Company be placed under supervision in terms of
  section 129(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”).

2. On   13   August   2014,   the   board   resolved   that   the   Company
  appoint Daniel Terblanche, Neil Miller and Cobus Kritzinger
  as the business rescue practitioners of the Company in terms
  of section 129(3)(b) of the Act.

3. Shareholders are hereby advised that they are regarded as
  “affected persons” in terms of section 128(1)(a) of the Act
  and are entitled to notice of this appointment in terms of
  section 129(4)(b) of the Act.

4. A copy of Form CoR123.2, being the Notice of Appointment of
  Business Rescue Practitioner, is available for inspection on
  the website of the Company at www.ububele.co.za.
