AMENDED RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Per our previous announcement released on SENS this morning, shareholders are
advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held at 10:00 am on
Tuesday, 19 August 2014, in the Woody Woods Boardroom, 146 Kelvin Drive,
Woodmead, 2191.

All of the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
