AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“ABIL”) PRICING METHODOLOGY


Following the suspension of trading of the ABIL securities on the exchange operated by the JSE
Limited (“JSE”) and the placing of African Bank Limited under curatorship, as announced on
11 August 2014, the JSE further announced the Constituent Deletion of ABIL from the FTSE/JSE
Africa Index Series at zero price with effect from 14 August 2014.


ABIL is a South African constituent within the eRAFI™ Financial 15 Index (the “eRAFI Financial
Index”) with an index weighting of less the 0.05% and will, in line with the approach taken by other
SA equity index providers, be deleted from the eRAFI Financial Index at zero price effective from 14
August 2014.


Accordingly, the ABIL securities in the NewFunds eRafi™ SA Financial 15 Index ETF which tracks
the eRAFI Financial Index will, effective from 14 August 2014 be valued at zero.
