A portfolio in the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme, registered
as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
45 of 2002.


CHANGE TO THE INDEX CONSTITUENTS EFFECTIVE FROM 14 AUGUST 2014


Following the placing of African Bank Limited (”ABL”) under
curatorship and the suspension of trading, the Stock Exchange, FTSE
and the JSE announced a change in the FTSE/JSE Rafi 40 Index (J260)
(‘the Index’) with the deletion of ABL from the Index at zero price.

In accordance with section 19.61 of the JSE Listing Requirements
notice is hereby given to investors in the Satrix Rafi of the
aforesaid deletion from the Index with effect from the start of
trading on 14 August 2014.

Effect on the Satrix Rafi 40 Portfolio

The Satrix Rafi aims to replicate the performance of the Index as
closely as possible. Following ABL’s deletion from the Index, the
Satrix Rafi has a zero value for ABL.

As at 31 July 2014 the weight of ABL in the Satrix Rafi portfolio
was as follows:
