RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the cautionary announcement dated 31 August 2012, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 27 June 2014, the announcement regarding the
voluntary suspension of listing dated 27 September 2012 and the voluntary announcements regarding
the liquidation of William Tell Industries Proprietary Limited (“William Tell Industries”) dated
5 October 2012 and 28 November 2012, shareholders are advised that the first liquidation and
distribution account of William Tell Industries has been sanctioned by the court and that Nedbank has
exercised their cession over the claim of Tellprop Proprietary Limited against the estate of William Tell
Industries Proprietary Limited. The net impact on the Group is that William Tell has net liabilities.


The process of liquidating William Tell and its remaining wholly owned subsidiaries has been initiated.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
