VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF ARROWHEAD’S EXPOSURE TO AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED AND 
THE ELLERINES GROUP (COLLECTIVLY THE “ABIL GROUP”)


Linked unitholders are referred to the recent announcements released by the ABIL Group. Arrowhead would
like to reassure linked unitholders that Arrowhead’s exposure to ABIL is insignificant. Of Arrowhead’s
approximately R62 million in monthly rental income, only R840 000 of that is attributable to the ABIL Group.
Furthermore, the properties which are potentially impacted are all situated in nodes that management believe
are easily re-lettable.
