Accordingly, shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 20 May 2014 wherein it was reported that the Company expected a decrease in its financial results for the forthcoming reporting period of at least 70% from those reported for the six months ended 30 June 2013. Shareholders are now advised that the Company expects earnings and headline earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2014 to be between 60 cents and 65 cents, a decrease of approximately 60%, compared with the earnings and headline earnings per share of 156 cents for the six months ended 30 June 2013. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company’s external auditors.
