Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February
2014 posted on 4 August 2014 are unchanged from the reviewed condensed consolidated results which
were released on SENS on 22 May 2014.


Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Stefanutti Stocks will be held at the company’s
offices, No 9 Palala Street, Protec Park, Cnr Zuurfontein Avenue & Oranjerivier Drive, Kempton Park on
Friday, 5 September 2014 at 12:00. The notice of annual general meeting is issued with the integrated
report, which contains the audited annual financial statements of Stefanutti Stocks for the year ended 28
February 2014.
