       The Company’s issued ordinary share capital at 29 July 2014 comprises 4,905,640,582 ordinary
       shares of 11 3/7p each and, in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Disclosure and Transparency
       Rules, the total number of voting rights for the purposes of calculating disclosable interests in the
       Company’s ordinary share capital is also 4,905,640,582.
