Distribution announcement


Holders of BeGreen securities (“securities holders”) are referred to the announcement dated 4 June
2014 setting out details of a possible quarterly distribution by BeGreen to securities holders.
Further to the abovementioned announcement, the manager (Nedgroup Beta Solutions (Proprietary)
Limited) and the trustee (FirstRand Bank Limited) of BeGreen have now resolved to make a quarterly
distribution to securities holders for the quarter ended 30 June 2014 (“the distribution”) in an amount
of 11.87474 cents (gross) per BeGreen security. The distribution will be constituted entirely as a cash
dividend out of income reserves.
The distribution will be made to all securities holders recorded in the register on Friday, 27 June 2014
and will be paid on Monday, 4 August 2014.
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited regarding Dividends Tax, the following
additional information is provided:
1.    Local dividend tax rate is 15%;
2.    No STC credits have been utilised;
3.    The net local dividend amount is 10.09353 cents per BeGreen security for security holders
      liable to pay the Dividends Tax and 11.87474 cents per BeGreen security for security holders
      exempt from paying the Dividends Tax; and
4.    BeGreen tax reference number is 1671612164 and the ETF had 7 433 011 participatory
      interests in issue as at the record date.


The Total Expense Ratio (“TER”) of the portfolio over the 12 months to 30 June 2014 was 64.7 bps
(0.647%).
