The Issuer will amend the Share Instalment Terms and Conditions in the following way:

*   A cash payment will be made to SHFNIJ share instalment holders with regard to the
    corporate action.

*   Therefore a holder will receive 143cps for every SHFN held

*   Payment date to be on T+5
