DISCLOSURE OF THE ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN
TERMS OF SECTION 122

In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act No.
71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification
that:

  - TIH Capital Partners, Fahnsworth Consultants and AfrAsia
    Corporate Finance (Africa) Limited have acquired a
    beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
    Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
    shares of the Company held by the various parties now
    amounts 20.7%,11.4% and 29.1% of the total issued share
    capital of the Company, respectively.

  - AfrAsia Special Opportunities Fund and Heritage Capital
    Assets have disposed of their interests of the Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies
Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
