Distribution Announcement - STXNIK NEDBANK LTD Share Code: STXNIK ISIN: ZAE000190500 FINAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for SATRIX 40 and that as a result of the distribution declaration relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a distribution amount of 27.94 cents per STXNIK share instalment that is payable on Friday, 18 July 2014. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places. The distribution amount is constituted by: - 26.59366 cents in respect of dividends; - 1.13119 cents in respect of REIT Distribution; and - 0.21515 cents in respect of Other. The gross dividend of 26.59366 cents per share instalment is made up of a gross local dividend of 21.77675 cents per share instalment and a gross foreign dividend of 4.81691 cents per share instalment. The gross local dividend of 21.77675 cents per share instalment is subject to the local dividend tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net local dividend of 18.58958 cents per share instalment. There were STC credits of 0.52898 utilised. The gross foreign dividend of 4.81691 cents per share instalment consists of 4.21058 cents per share instalment that is due to foreign-dual listed shares and 0.60633 cents per share instalment that is not taxable as foreign dividend withholding tax has already been deducted. The 4.21058 cents per share instalment is subject to the dividend withholding tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net foreign dividend of 3.57899 cents per share instalment.
