Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February
2014, posted on 07 July 2014, are unchanged from the reviewed condensed provisional consolidated
financial statements which were released on SENS on 15 May 2014.


Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Afrimat Limited will be held at The Cedar
Conference Room, Poplars Restaurant, Race Course Road, Durbanville on Wednesday, 06 August 2014
at 14:00. The notice of the annual general meeting is issued with the integrated annual report.
