RESULTS OF ACCELERATED BOOKBUILD

Linked unitholders are advised that Redefine has closed its accelerated bookbuild. In light of strong demand, Redefine
has placed approximately 161.3 million linked units at a price of R9.30 per linked unit, raising an aggregate amount of
R1.5 billion.
The placement was oversubscribed at this level and successful applicants will be advised of their allocations during
the course of the day.
Subject to approval by the JSE, listing and trading of the new linked units is expected to commence at 09:00 on
10 July 2014.
