On 30 June 2014, the company distributed a notice of AGM (“Notice”), which set out the matters to be considered and, if deemed fit, the adoption, with or without modification, of the shareholder special and ordinary resolutions as contained in the Notice, at the AGM. Shareholders are advised that an addendum to the Notice (“Addendum”) was distributed to shareholders on 03 July 2014, which Addendum contains a modification of Special Resolution Number 2 relating to the provision of financial assistance as contemplated under section 44 and 45 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended.
