RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
shareholders are advised that Mr Vernon Beck who is scheduled to retire in accordance with the company’s
director rotation policy at the next annual general meeting, has elected not to make himself available for re-
election in order to focus on other businesses in which he is involved. Vernon has accordingly elected to step
down as an independent non-executive director with effect from the company’s financial year end, being
30 June 2014.
The board wishes to thank Vernon for his contribution to the Company over the past 9 years and wishes him
well in his other business endeavours.
The Company will immediately commence the process of identifying a candidate to join the board of
directors in the capacity of independent non-executive director so as to ensure that the board and sub-
committees will continue to be constituted in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements.
