Mondi Group completes the acquisition of the industrial bags and kraft paper business of
Graphic Packaging International, Inc. in the US

Further to the announcement made on 3 June 2014, Mondi Group confirms that all conditions
have been satisfied and it has completed the acquisition of the bags and kraft paper business of
Graphic Packaging International Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Graphic Packaging Holding
Company, for a total consideration of USD105 million on a debt- and cash-free basis.
