CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Campbell Bomela has resigned as
Executive Director from Adcorp due to his retirement which takes effect from 30 June
2014. Mr Bomela will still act as a director of several of Adcorp’s subsidiaries and
consult with the Company while also continuing to act as trustee on some of the
Company’s trusts.

The Group sincerely would like to thank Mr Bomela for his valuable contribution
during his tenure and wishes him well in his retirement.
