Mr Dinga Mr Mncube MCom (Business Management) MSc (Forest Products) Appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director Mr Mncube has 20 years executive experience in forestry, timber processing, paper and pulp business. Mr Mncube currently serves on the boards of Distribution and Warehousing Network Limited (DAWN), York Timber Holdings, Food and Trees for Africa and Forest Sector Charter Council. He has previously chaired the National Forests Advisory Council, Forestry South Africa and has been a board member of Sappi Southern Africa. He played a leading role in the revival of Project Grow, an award winning enterprise development programme at Sappi. He played a key role in driving Sappi’s R814m black economic empowerment transaction in 2010. Dr Moffat M Dyasi PhD, MS (Chemistry); BSc (Honours); BSc (Chemistry & Biochemistry) Appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director Dr Dyasi is a registered scientist (Chemist). He currently serves as the Vice President of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions. He also chairs the Personnel and Finance Committee of the Council. He has substantial experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries having served as a Research and Development Chemist at one of South Africa’s well- known chemical producers and also having served as manager within the veterinary and pharmaceutical industries. He has over 20 years Senior /Executive management experience gained from both the Private sector and the Higher Education Sector. Previously, Dr Dyasi served as the Campus Principal at MEDUNSA and later served as Managing Director of OBP Limited. Ms Lizette Lynch B. Comm (Acc). Executive Director – change in designation to Chief Operating Officer and appointed Company Secretary Ms Lynch has served on the Rolfes Board since 2008 as Financial Director. She will continue to serve on the board as Chief Operating Officer and has been appointed Company Secretary. She has, over the past 20 years, served in various roles in listed company environments at executive board, board committee and senior management level. Mr Andre Hanekom BComm (Hons) (CTA) CA (SA) Appointed as an Executive Director - Chief Financial Officer After qualifying Andre specialised in Corporate Tax and assisted in establishing the Transfer Pricing division at BDO. He joined Plumblink as Group Financial Manager and moved into the FMCG and retail environment as Financial Manager of the Inland and Specialist services food catering divisions at Tsebo. He then moved into Tax Consultancy at Scaw Metals in order to establish a suitable Capital Asset Management system, redefining asset workflows and advising on, amongst many others, S45 Inter group transactions. Andre joined Rolfes on 4 February 2014 as CFO Designate and has now been appointed as Group CFO. Mr Lungisa Dyosi has resigned as director of Rolfes and Mr Johan Schlebusch has resigned as company secretary. Rolfes wishes to thank Mr Dyosi and Mr Schlebusch for their loyalty, commitment and service to the Board. The board also expresses its appreciation to Ms Lizette Lynch for her service as Financial Director and wishes her well in her new role as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary.
