Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 19 May 2014 wherein it was confirmed that
Ms Maureen Manyama-Matome had been appointed to the Aspen Board of Directors (“the
Board”) as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2014. The Board is
pleased to announce that Ms Maureen Manyama-Matome has been appointed as a member of
the Aspen Audit & Risk Committee with effect from 26 June 2014.
