Changes to the board of directors Holdsport Limited (incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2006/022562/06) JSE share code: HSP ISIN: ZAE000157046 ("Holdsport" or the "Company") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mary Vilakazi and Crispin Sonn have both resigned from the board of directors ("Board") in their capacities as independent non-executive directors with effect from 1 July 2014. Ms Vilakazi has taken up a senior executive post at MMI Holdings Limited in Johannesburg and Mr Sonn is focussed on his growing executive responsibilities at Old Mutual Group. The substantial constraints on their time resulted in them requesting to step down from the Board. The Company would like to thank Ms Vilakazi and Mr Sonn for their valuable contribution and wishes them well in their future endeavours. In addition, shareholders are advised that Keneilwe Moloko and Phillip Matlakala have been appointed as Independent non-executive directors to the Board with effect from 1 July 2014. Both Ms Moloko and Mr Matlakala have extensive and relevant business experience and the Company looks forward to them making a meaningful contribution to the fortunes of the company.
