CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: RELEASE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT


Further to the announcement released by Tsogo Sun today, relating to the release of annual financial statements and no
change statement, wherein the email address of the Company was incorrectly stated, the corrected email address has
been set out below.

The annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2014 of the Group (“Annual Financial Statements”) have
been released today and are available on the Company’s website http://www.tsogosun.com. Abridged Annual Financial
Statements will not be published as the Group’s reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended
31 March 2014 published on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 22 May 2014, and subsequently distributed
to shareholders of Tsogo Sun, are unchanged. The Group’s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the Annual
Financial Statements and their unmodified report is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.

Copies of the Annual Financial Statements can be obtained from the registered office of the Company and the
Company’s transfer secretaries.

The Group’s Integrated Report, incorporating a notice of Annual General Meeting, will be distributed to shareholders of
Tsogo Sun on or about 12 September 2014. A further announcement will be released on SENS relating to the dates of
the notice of Annual General Meeting and the applicable record dates.
