LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPlatinum debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 26 June 2014, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R152.881 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 999.287 fine troy
ounces of Platinum bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 2,400,000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 23,990.303 fine troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
