CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Naeem Hadjee has been appointed as a non-executive director
and as a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee with effect from 1 July 2014.

Naeem is a registered Chartered Accountant, having qualified in 2001 and is currently a
partner with Karolia Jeena Incorporated.

His previous work experience includes financial management positions in both the public and
private sectors, internal audit and tax investigations for the South African Revenue Services
before he returned to Karolia Jeena Incorporated as a partner in 2006. Naeem also has
extensive experience in external audit as well as in corporate tax matters.

The Board of directors welcomes him and looks forward to his contribution to Andulela.
