CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Zarina Bassa has informed the company of her intention to
resign from the board of directors ("Board") in her capacity as independent non-executive
director with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting on 15 August 2014.

The Company would like to thank Zarina for her valuable contribution and wishes her well in
her future endeavours.
