Committee. Ms. Lalla is a CA (SA) and is an executive director of the
Businesswomen’s Association of South Africa.

Ms. Stephens is a CA (SA) and owns her own business in the fuel treatment
distribution area as well as having extensive experience in debt and equity financing
and investment management.
