Further to the informative notice released on 12 June 2014 regarding Acucap Properties
Ltd (South Africa, constituent) and Sycom Property Fund Receipts (South Africa,
constituent), subject to the conversion of the Sycom Property Fund Receipts into new
shares in Acucap Properties Ltd and following notification from the stock exchange, FTSE
and the JSE announce the following changes:
