The transaction took place on 19 June 2014 in London. As previously announced on 3 June 2014, SABMiller was notified on 2 June 2014 that 5,254 shares had been released to Mr De Lorenzo on the vesting of a performance share award, and that 2,470 of these shares had been sold at £33.11 per share in order to cover income tax and national insurance contributions arising on the vesting of the award, with the balance of the shares being retained by Mr De Lorenzo.
