No Change Statement
Pursuant to paragraph 3.22 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE, shareholders of the company are advised that
the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2014 are being distributed to shareholders on
18 June 2014 and contain no modifications to the results
included in the Preliminary Report which were released on
SENS on 26 May 2014 and therefore no abridged report will
be published.


Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 99th annual general
meeting of the shareholders of the company will be held
at   its  registered   office   at  Illovo   Sugar Park,
1 Montgomery Drive, Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal on
Wednesday, 16 July 2014 at 14:00, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general
meeting posted to shareholders on 18 June 2014.
