WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the various cautionary announcements released since January
this year relating to the application by Kose-Kose Investments Limited (“Kose-Kose”) to
place StratCorp under supervision and business rescue, the last of which was published on
10 June 2014.

As a result of there being no further developments since 28 February 2014 after Kose-Kose’s
application was struck off the urgent roll by the North Gauteng High Court, the Company
hereby withdraws the cautionary announcement.

The Company´s shareholders will however still be updated and be advised of any material
change or further developments relating to this matter.
