CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with section 3.59 (a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Company announces the appointment of Stanton van Rooyen as Company Secretary to the
Group with effect from 13 June 2014.

Stanton holds a BComm Marketing Degree from the University of Johannesburg. He joined
Labat in 2011 and is responsible for Group Corporate Affairs.
