CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RETIREMENT OF A NON-EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR - MR BOBBY JOHNSTON

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Bobby Johnston has, with effect
from today, 10 June 2014, retired as:

-   An independent non-executive director of the Board of Directors of the JSE; and
-   a member of its Risk, Nominations and Audit Committees.

Mr Johnston is stepping down in order to concentrate on his other
commitments.

Mr Johnston has been a long standing and influential member of the
JSE community, having served as both Chairman of the JSE from 1995
to 1997 when it was still an association of members and as a non-
executive director of the Board of the JSE since its creation in
November 2000.

The Board thanks Mr. Johnston for his enormous contribution to the
development and growth of both the broking industry and the JSE.
