Linked unitholders are advised that Fortress has received a notice in compliance with section 122 of the Companies
Act, 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto that Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited, on
behalf of its clients, has decreased its beneficial interest in Fortress A linked units to 4.99%.
