RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND SHAREHOLDER UPDATE



Further to the cautionary announcement dated 30 March 2012, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 17 April 2014, shareholders are advised of the
following, which may have a material effect on the price of 1time’s securities:

-   Jetworx Aircraft Services Proprietary Limited (“Jetworx”) has been placed under final winding-up;
-   1time airline Proprietary Limited (“Airlines”) has been placed under final winding-up;
-   The first meeting of creditors of Jetworx is still to be convened by the Master of the High Court; and
-   The first meeting of creditors of Airlines has taken place and the liquidators are currently awaiting a
    certificate of appointment in order to convene the second meeting.

Furthermore, until the pro forma financial effects of the Acquisition as contemplated in the Acquisition of
Global Airways Limited announcement issued on 4 December 2013 are announced, shareholders are
advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further
announcement is made.
