FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT



Further to the cautionary announcement dated 16 April 2014 (and using the terms defined therein unless
otherwise stated) regarding receipt by the Company of a combined summons from Covenant and WWG,
(who are disputing the interpretation of the Prospecting Right Agreement and are seeking an order to the
effect that, inter alia, the Prospecting Right Agreement be declared unconditional), shareholders are advised
that pleadings have been suspended pending the outcome of settlement negotiations between the parties,
which may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
