CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and further to the announcement released by
the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 25 March 2014, notice is hereby given that
Mrs Busisiwe Mabuza has been appointed to the board of directors of Tsogo Sun (“the Board”) with immediate
effect.
Mrs Mabuza will join the Board as an independent non-executive director and has been appointed as a member of
the Audit and Risk Committee. Mrs Mabuza currently serves as a non-executive director on a number of boards
including Airports Company South Africa, Central Energy Fund (Pty) Ltd, Development Bank of Southern Africa,
Industrial Development Corporation and Nehawu Investment Holdings. She was a partner at Ethos Private Equity
Limited from April 2005 to March 2010 specialising in fundraising in asset management and private equity, investor
relations, industry research, investment analysis and portfolio management. The Group welcomes Mrs Mabuza and
looks forward to her contribution.
