On 2 June 2014, the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)
were granted share options and/or stock appreciation rights (SARs) under the Company’s Executive
Share Option Plan 2008, South African Stock Appreciation Rights Sub-Plan 2008 and/or Stock
Appreciation Rights Plan 2008 in respect of the number of SABMiller plc US$0.10 ordinary shares as
