The independent trustee of the SABMiller plc Employees' Benefit Trust (EBT) notified the Company
on 2 June 2014 that it had on 2 June 2014 exercised its discretion and released 256,286 ordinary
shares in SABMiller plc to directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs)
participating in the SABMiller plc Executive Share Award Plan 2008, as summarised in the table
below. These shares relate to awards made in 2011 to the directors and PDMRs named below.
