TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


Linked unitholders are advised that Resilient has received notice in compliance with section 122 of the
Companies Act, 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto that, Hollyrood Investments Proprietary
Limited (“Hollyrood”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Suni Trust, has acquired from The Suni Trust
additional linked units in Resilient taking Hollyrood’s beneficial interest to 6.19% of linked units in issue by
Resilient.
