REDEMPTION OF AFRICAGOLD DEBENTURES

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 30 May 2014, redeemed 200 000 AfricaGold debentures
following redemption in respect of approximately 1999.024 fine troy ounces of Gold bullion.

After the redemption, there will be 200 000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1999.024 fine troy ounces of Gold bullion
