RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CAPITEC SHAREHOLDERS

At the annual general meeting of Capitec shareholders held today, 30 May
2014, the requisite majority of shareholders, present or represented by
proxy, approved all of the ordinary and special resolutions tabled at the
meeting.

The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
