Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of
importance in regard to a possible quarterly distribution to
holders of securities in the Portfolios, for the quarter
ending 30 June 2014:

Last day to trade cum distribution:            Friday, 20 June 2014
Securities trade ex-distribution:              Monday, 23 June 2014
Record date:                                   Friday, 27 June 2014

Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the
payment date will be made within 14 business days after the
record date.
