UPDATE REGARDING CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME, REDENOMINATION OF THE COMPANY’S CURRENCY, CHANGE OF YEAR END AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR


1.   UPDATE REGARDING CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND REDENOMINATION OF THE COMPANY’S CURRENCY

     Shareholders are referred to the results of the special general meeting announcement released on the Bermuda
     Stock Exchange (“BSX”) website and on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 12 May 2014 and are
     advised that, with effect from 22 May 2014:

         - the name of the company is “Delta International Property Holdings Limited”; and
         - the currency of the company is United States Dollar.

     The change of company name has been registered with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. The company’s
     abbreviated JSE name, ISIN and share codes on the BSX and the JSE will change as a result of the change of
     name of the company.

2.   SALIENT DETAILS AND TIMETABLE

     The salient details and dates relating to the change of company name, change of the abbreviated JSE name,
     change of ISIN and change of the company’s share codes on the BSX and the JSE are set out in the table below.
     The dates are applicable to shareholders on the Bermudan and South African share registers.

     Last day to trade on the BSX and the JSE under the name: “Osiris                         Friday, 6 June 2014
     Properties International Limited”, the abbreviated JSE name: “Osiris”, the
     BSX share code: “OPI.BH” and the JSE share code: OPI and ISIN:

      1.    Share certificates in the name of Osiris Properties International Limited may not be dematerialised or
            rematerialised after Friday, 6 June 2014 nor may transfers between registers take place between Monday,
            9 June 2014 and Friday, 13 June 2014.

3.    CHANGE OF YEAR END

      Shareholders are advised that the company’s financial year end has changed from 31 August to 30 June.
      Accordingly, the company’s next financial period will be for the 10 month period from 1 September 2013 to 
      30 June 2014.

4.    APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR

      Shareholders are advised that Greg Booyens has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the company.

      Greg is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience in the finance industry and was
      previously CFO at MPI Property Asset Management (Delta Property Fund’s management company)
      contributing significantly to the rapid growth of Delta Property Fund since it listed in 2012 increasing the
      property portfolio from R2.1 billion in property value to R7 billion in 18 months. Greg was also part of the team
      that listed Delta Property Fund on the JSE and was integral in raising over R4 billion in equity and R3 billion in
      debt. He completed his articles at PKF South Africa and in 2004 joined UBS (London) as a financial accountant
      in their fixed income division. Thereafter Greg spent time at Barclays PLC in their treasury department before
      joining Evolution Group PLC in 2006 as a financial controller where he spent 6 years. At Evolution Greg was
      responsible for the management and financial accounting of investment banking operations in their Chinese and
      US subsidiaries. Upon returning to South Africa in 2011 Greg joined the Motseng Group which then branched
      off to become the JSE listed Delta Property Fund. He holds a BCom Honours degree in Accounting from the
      University of Port Elizabeth.

The company has a primary listing on the BSX and a secondary listing on the JSE.
