LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 26 May 2014, issued an additional 1,300,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R86.548 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 12,991.601 fine
troy ounces of Palladium bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 37,700,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 376,896.005 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
