(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, shareholders of diversified resources group
Exxaro are advised that the Company was notified on 23 May 2014 by Coronation Asset
Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) that as at 23 May 2014, Coronation held 53 721
747 ordinary shares of 1 cent each in the Company on behalf of its clients representing 15 per
cent of the Company’s total shares in issue of 358 115 505.
