(“Huge” or “the Group” or “the company”)

TRADING STATEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Trading Statement published by the Company
on 26 November 2013, wherein the Company stated that earnings and headline
earnings per share for the period ending 28 February 2014 were expected to
exceed 11 and 16 cents per share respectively.

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a
listed company is required to publish a Trading Statement as soon as it is
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported upon next will differ, by at least
20%, from the financial results for the corresponding period in the prior
year.   In addition, if a Company has published a Trading Statement and
subsequently becomes reasonably certain that its previously published
number is no longer correct, the Company must publish a further Trading
Statement providing the revised numbers.

Accordingly, shareholders are hereby advised that a reasonable degree of
certainty exists that the Company anticipates that earnings and headline
earnings per share will be between 12.5 and 14.5 cents per share for the
year ended 28 February 2014.

This trading statement has     not   been   reviewed   or   reported   on   by   the
Company’s external auditors.
