This followed the resignation of Ms Nonkululeko Nyembezi-Heita as CEO on Tuesday 18 February 2014. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Sean O’Flaherty as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2014. Mr O’Flaherty is a Chartered Accountant (B.Acc, B.Com) and was previously the Financial Director and Group Executive of Eskom Holdings. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO at Group Five Limited.
