VOLUNTARY UPDATE ON SUSPENSION
In accordance with paragraph 1.6 of the JSE Listings Requirements which deals with the
suspension of a Company’s securities by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”),
shareholders are referred to the announcements published on 14 November 2012, 24 April
2013, 5 July 2013, 8 July 2013 and 21 February 2014 respectively.
It is the Company’s understanding that the JSE has received the balance of the required
responses from former directors as mentioned in the prior announcements. The JSE is
currently reviewing these responses and will then be able to assess the status of the listing
with regard to the impact of the above. The Company then expects it will be able to proceed
with the Circular to shareholders regarding, inter alia, the acquisition of the Bluezone
portfolio and other previously announced transactions. The Circular to shareholders will
require substantial redrafting due to the effluxion of time and the number of additional
transactions entered into over the past two years.
The Company continues with its intention to work constructively and positively with the JSE
to resolve any and all outstanding issues as timeously as possible.
